General Information.

What Coreg is and what it is used for

This medication contains the active ingredient Carvedilol. It belongs to a group of medicines called beta-blockers that work by relaxing and widening the blood vessels. This makes it easier for your heart to pump blood around the body and reduces the pressure and strain on your heart.
